Resetting Kubernetes

THIS IS EXTREMELY DESTRUCTIVE AND IT WON’T ASK FOR CONFIRMATION

Use the playbook teardown_cluster.yaml that runs kubeadm reset and removes the packages for kubeadm, kubectl and kubelet on all k8s nodes.
